Christina Aguilera must have been nervous tonight, as she had a few issues getting the Star Spangled Banner in the right order. She accidentally merged the second and fourth line, according to Billboard.
In defense of Aguilera, the mess-up humanizes her, in that she too gets nervous in front of gazillions of people, as the Super Bowl is one of the biggest events in the world. Also, she is not the only singer to have difficulties with the lyrics of the US anthem.
At least it was memorable.
