Paul Merle Eischeid, one of the Top 15 Most Wanted was captured on Thursday in Buenos Aires. Eischeid was on the list since 2007 because he ran while awaiting trial after being arrested in the 2001 killing of 44-year old Phoenix resident, Cynthia Garcia, who was attacked at a party at a Hell's Angel's clubhouse in Mesa, Arizona. Garcia was seriously beaten, carried to the desert in the trunk of a car then stabbed and left to die.
